It is the only the beginning can be such an exciting thought as it means the possibilities are endless. Typically I wouldn’t consider moving forward with any new adventure until I have thoroughly imagined every possible scenario, and prepared myself accordingly. A perfect analogy that came to me on the onset of writing this post has to do with this photo. A few years ago I had the honor of taking a 3 week trip across the world. I wrote out very comprehensive checklist of what I should bring, thinking of every possible toiletry item I may need even though I had not used half of them in months. I laid out every possible outfit combination as I had no idea really what events I might be attending or adventures I might go on. Books, journals and games to entertain me on the plane and during my layovers to keep me busy, even though I don’t do this on my down time at home. Don’t forget the snacks!! I have a sensitive tummy when I travel so I made sure I had a various supply of healthy snacks, but remember I do love chocolate, so I had better have that too. I packed, weighed my luggage and repacked, then readjusted tirelessly. As you can see in this photo I am proudly prepared and excited for my adventure. Now let’s talk about the reality, I will keep it short and sweet…..I could have most likely packed the amount of items I actually used in a carry on and my backpack. So, with that story shared I have decided its okay to start small and see what I need as I go.
I have been asking myself during these uncertain times, how can I move forward with my dreams during a time that feels so limiting and where can I do my part. Where do I have power in what seems to be a time of feeling powerless. Upon this process of personal questioning, I peeled away the layers down to the fact that the power lies within myself and my own perceptions, not what is happening in the outside world. Outward experiences are always causing us to shift gears, but it’s in the self where we have the choice of empowerment in how we handle these experiences. For most of us this is not new news, I realize I am not sharing the holy grail here. But, what I would like to do is be a resource. I would like to help those who have been questioning…..When we go “back” to our new normal how do I want to do it different? Why am I doing what I have been doing for all these years? How do I want to live my life in the new normal?….
Over the past 6 months I had been waiting and fretting over making sure everything was as perfect as I could get it before I launched my website and was waiting for the ideal time. Yep I’ve decided now is it, during a world crisis, seems about right! But, I do have a different approach than I had originally intended. I’m not looking at perfection any longer, but rather I’m working with authenticity which always works out better for me anyhow. I do believe in learning your own personal astrological birth chart it can be an eye opening, liberating, insightful, empowering experience. Why do I believe this you ask? Well because it worked for me. I feel it changed my life so much so that I have not stopped studying since and I want to share this gift with you. I would like to talk to you, about you. To informally be able to sit down with you and share this ancient language and your own personal road map.
I have decided to begin this journey by offering Birth Chart readings as I think it will be the most helpful and empowering during these times.
